New Covid 19 regulations apply
Special Covid 19 regulations relating to Residential Leases have recently passed into law. The Residential Tenancies Regulation 2019 has now been updated and includes prescribed wording that must be included in all Residential Leases. We have created a Residential Lease that complies with the updated Residential Tenancies Regulation 2019 including new provisions relating to the Response to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The precedent Lease comes will all the other documentation the legislation requires to be given to tenants along with a concise, one page practice guide explaining how they are to be used. The lease and practice guide both contain handy links to relevant legislation.
