Why I wrote this book.

I run a commercial legal practice representing predominantly business owners and directors of companies. I have worked in the biggest law firms in Australia,  two of the smallest and several medium sized firms. I now run my own practice. In that time I have observed the inner workings of different practices, and I like to think that I use the best of what I have learned in my own practice. I have also met and represented many clients. I keep hearing stories from those clients who were not happy with their former lawyers. I am keen not to repeat the mistakes of my colleagues.
